Sustainable procurement through construction has considerable potential to advance a project's sustainability strategy in which the of products, equipment, machinery, and services is an important aspect, especially high-rise buildings. One main factors lack policies support from organizations for proper precise implementation sustainable procurement. Currently, there are no structured guidelines compiling business processes that accordance with project conditions LRT TOD Apartments. The purpose this research development based on identifying policy institutional Apartment Project. method study used three experts validate factors. With expert's assessment, various were obtained institutions, could become basis process development. results show existing improved integrating correlate each other develop model apartment project.
